The location of the Symposium changes annually, but is always in a place in Europe, often in collaboration with museums. It depends on where we are invited. For more information, please consider the current Symposium tab.
In general, anyone with some experience in flintknapping. Depending on the location, the number of participants may be restrained, so there might be some decisions on the side of the organisers. We only expect everyone to be kind and tolerant to others.
General participation is free. Often the lodgings are organised by the participants. So costs derive only for the event location and excursion costs, as well as collective meals. We try to keep costs as low as possible to make the symposium accessible for all.
